Registration Fees
- Early Bird (March 24 – July 14, 2025): GBP 30.
- Late Registration (after July 14, 2025): GBP 35.
- Student fee: GBP 20.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Scholarships
A limited number of registration fee waivers will be offered to graduate students (MA or PhD). To qualify for the registration fee waiver, you should be a current stuent at a graduate program, be presenting at the conference, and have no other funding to attend the conference. Due to limited funds, only abstracts with the highest review scores will be considered.
SOAS students are sponsored through the support of the School for some or all of the sessions. To register for the symposium or learn more, please email Dr. Nada Elzeer no later than September 1, 2025.
