Conference Venue
The conference takes place on the Blindern campus of the University of Oslo (UiO). It is located on the western outskirts of the city center, and most of the faculties are located there.
Sessions are held in in “Sophus Bugges hus” building, which is easily reachable from the city centre, where most hotels are located, by tram or metro (T-bane)
By tram:
#17 and 18 direction of “Rikshospitalet” comes from city center to the: “Universitetet Blindern” tram station.
By Metro (T-bane):
#4 direction of “Vestli” comes from city center to the: “Forskeningsparken” metro station.
#5 direction of “Songsvann” comes from city center to the: “Forskeningsparken” metro station.
For public transport schedule from the hotel to Blindren campus, you can use google maps and for paying for your ticket you are advised to download Rutter Billeter app. You can find it here https://ruter.no/kjop-billett/ruterbillett-app/ . The other option is to buy a period ticket from the airport ticket machine.

The university is located outside of the city center, where most hotels are located. Expect to use public transport (2 – 3 km., approx. 25 minutes) from the city centre to the university.
